Order Notification And Confirmation Policy
All orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order confirmation of price (including shipping and taxes) by email, within one business day. This is usually followed by a shipping notification when the item is shipped. For most orders, the shipping notification includes ship date, carrier and tracking number (if applicable). Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order notification or confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

International Orders
We ship worldwide to over 52+ countries all over the world! All orders qualify for FREE worldwide shipping with no order minimums.

International Duty Fees & Taxes
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact customer support (contact@cozysaver.com) as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Canceling Your Order
You may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. However, once an order is released to the warehouse for processing, it can no longer be canceled. If a cancellation is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns
When choosing to return your package, you will be held responsible for any applicable postal charges and shipping rates. Please refer to the Returns Policy on more information.

Shipping Times
We usually ship within 3-5 business days depending upon the number of orders we are processing. During holiday seasons or abnormal weather conditions, shipping delays may be caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping company directly. The shipping company does not provide refund for shipping for the above cases, and nor can we (for shipping charges) if your package does not get delivered.
